APPLE

Almost as soon as the pay check arrived it disappeared again.

Actually, I’ve been in need of a new computer for almost a year. Since graduating I’ve been using an old revived one that was dated since a year before that. When I received this month’s pay slip I counted on it a bit and decided that I would afford to buy a new computer and still survive all of May.

This is my first MacBook and I’m already in love.

In Notting Hill someone sold preserves by their front porch and made me smile. I really hope that people are honest enough to actually pay for it and bring the jar back if possible.

Let's take a short break from the London posts.

I had a work interview in the city the other day and after I had some time to kill before my train and decided to buy a magazine that I’d never bought before.

Said and done, I ended up with the Swedish magazine Bon. I’ve only had the time to have a peek on the first pages but it’s promising! I do visit their website every now and then and one of my favourite bloggers is blogging for them so I don’t think that I’ll be disappointed.

DOORS

Friday.

Notting Hill doors are probably the most beautiful doors in the world. What I would give to have a front door like one of these, large, old and colourful. 

CHERRY BLOSSOMS

Friday.

When we arrived in Notting Hill we got greeted by some beautiful cherry blossoms. It’s actually quite sad that they won’t last for more than a couple of weeks.

WHERE I'VE BEEN?

In London!

Elin and I left Thursday noon and came back to Sweden last night. I now got almost seven hundred pictures to go through and edit, these are just a few outtakes from my phone. We’ve been to most of the tourist attractions but also discovered the different areas of London all by our self.

In other words, there’s a lot to look forward to!

LEE

Went for a walk with my mother and stopped by the local second hand earlier today. 

While she searched the porcelain I flicked through the clothing and found this Lee skirt for about nothing. But honestly, I don’t like skirts.

I guess it’s the fact that I don’t like my legs that have led me to dislike skirts, dresses and shorts since they display my legs. But let’s face it, I can’t walk around in trousers all summer and this skirt is gorgeous so since I hardly had to pay anything for it, it feels like a good buy. 

DANIEL WELLINGTON

This is something I’ve totally forgotten to show you on here, the watch I received from my parents on my birthday!

Naturally, since it goes with everything, I’ve been wearing it quite a lot but I haven’t managed to get it on picture. But here it is and it’s beautiful.

I love simplicity and I love black and silver together. Gold is fun but I’ve decided to mainly stick to silver when it comes to accessories and jewelry, especially when it's something a bit expensive like a watch.
